Platform specially designed to create an introduction between candidates and employers through the academic playground, providing insights for everyone.
Business challenge
The purpose of this project was to help employees (primarily students) and employers to find each other and maximize event’s potential with data-driven insights and easy-to-use management tools. Joobilx helps companies to get access to the best and most promising candidates, and for candidates to easily apply for relevant recruiters.
Result
The solution is developed both for companies and candidates. The first platform allows to register company, add the information about it (location, photos, etc.). The user also can register company’s event, add an information about it (location, description, timing, etc.), interview for potential candidate and create positions (available company vacancies) by the templates. The platform simplifies internal management of the company, events management and provides informative list of candidates that applied to the positions. The second platform is designed for job hunters and allows to monitor information about companies, available positions, list of events. The platform allows user to create his own profile, download CV on it, apply to the available position and event.
