Business challenge
The major focus of our team was to develop a reservation system for negotiating rooms, which should consist of terminal devices with interactive displays installed next to conference rooms. There is an administrative part as well, that should be used to manage terminals and obtain statistics on connected devices.
Result
The developed system is closely integrated with the corporate service G SUITE, which allows to get access to resources (buildings, calendars, etc.) and employees of the company. System allows to book rooms easily, review scheduled meetings and manage access of the meeting rooms.
